Thanksgiving is but a month away, so each week until then we will be pouring compatible wines for that occasion to allow you various possibilities for your dinner selection. The Beaujolais Nouveaux will arrive approximately a week before the holiday. Another interesting concept advanced by Bon Appetit Magazine is serving Zinfandel with your turkey dinner.Accordingly, we will have a Zin tasting to explore that possibility. From today’s selection, the first three wines are sure-fire winners to accompany a rich turkey dinner. The possibilities, actually, are endless.
