Dry Creek Vineyard in 1972 was the first new winery to be established in the Dry Creek Valley after Prohibition. It was David Stare’s vision to plant Sauvignon Blanc despite suggestions to the contrary. Today the family winery is known not only for the Sauvignon Blanc and Fume Blanc, but for well-crafted reds as well. Other white varietals are mainstays in the portfolio and some esoteric reds, too. Joining us from the winery is Joe Czesnakowicz, regional sales manager.
